About the Role

Responsibilities:

Liaise with site teams to develop construction sequences and identify where temporary structures will be required

Design of temporary structures, including production of report

Production of drawings showing construction sequences and temporary structure details

Design of steel connections

Liaison with steel fabricators to oversee fabrication drawing production

Liaison with site engineers to produce surveys in order to produce steel fabrication drawings

Assist commercial team in pricing tenders where technical input is required

Rationalise client engineer designs and negotiate changes with client engineer

Attend design meetings
