About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION Work in close collaboration with the RGM and the LATAM team to develop effective governance processes, KPIs and metrics to monitor/manage the execution of the Strategic Plan KPIs and governance will focus on Dealer Network Development as well as Sales, After-Sales and Marketing.
The Strategic Business Manager is responsible for advising and leading several key strategic initiatives for the growth of BRP's Latin American & Caribbean (LATAM) business. This will include (i) developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that management will use to monitor/manage the performance of the team executing the Strategic Plan and (ii) leading special projects associated with the achievement of the LATAM regional strategic plan. It should be noted that given interest in operational activities the candidate could soon grow into several different commercial and/or operational responsibilities.
