Strategy Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Strategy & Planning

• Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process aligned with the organization‘s vision and mission.
• Conduct macro-environmental analysis using PESTLE, Porter‘s Five Forces, SWOT/TOWS, and industry benchmarking.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and business growth roadmaps.
• Facilitate strategy workshops with senior leadership and translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Monitor strategic initiative execution and present insights through dashboards and leadership reports.

B. Performance Management System (KPI & KRA)

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization-wide Performance Management System.
• Define and cascade KPIs and KRAs across business units, departments, teams, and individual contributors.
