Role Summary And Impact

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to spearhead the strategic planning and execution for a group of our brands at Cluster level. This position will be responsible for crafting brand media strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving innovation across multiple platforms and markets working back-to-back with the local teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company’s vision, market trends and local objectives.
• Integrate the LATAM media vision into each strategy designed/localized to the local markets to ensure it comes to life in a pragmatic way.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation across markets.
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with media teams to oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various platforms.
