About the Role
PG3 AG is the family office of the Partners Group founders. Established in 2013, the firm has over 30 employees. As a FINMA-regulated asset manager, we manage a range of niche investment strategies for our founders and external investors. We focus on uncorrelated return streams that provide meaningful diversification across both underlying sectors and investment structures.
PG3 AG is seeking a Strategy Lead (Legal Finance) at an 80–100% workload for an initial period of 18 to 24 months, with the potential to evolve into a long‑term leadership role.
The Legal Finance industry remains relatively young and continues to evolve, with significant uncertainty regarding its long‑term structure, business model and growth dynamics.
