Role Purpose Create and lead a centrally anchored Strategy & Transformation capability from strategic direction setting to execution, adoption, and measurable impact. The role ensures consistency, alignment, and speed across strategy programs, while enabling Executive team to make cross-functional decisions based on unified insights and delivery visibility. Key Mandate & Scope Strategy & Transformation Objective: Provide a single point of accountability for selected strategic programs.
