About the Role

This is a high-visibility role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how to build, scale, and operate a startup from the inside. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on everything from investor decks and financial models to market research and go-to-market planning. You’ll be expected to figure things out fast, write clearly, and move sharp ideas into action.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze markets, customers, and competitors — translating insights into actionable strategy
• Drive cross-functional projects across sales, operations, and product
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives
• Support ongoing client projects and coordinate closely with clients and sales team to ensure smooth execution and follow-through
