Strategy Director

We are seeking aStrategy Directorto join Crypto.com, and play a critical role in helping us make important strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., from strategy consulting), has passion about crypto, and is a good people leader. This role is based inHong Kong, but we are open to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong Kong working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry;
• Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives;
• Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or adjust our pricing strategy where applicable;
