Key Responsibilities
- Support strategy and transformation projects across growth, operations, and performance improvement
- Conduct market, financial, and business analysis to inform leadership decisions
- Build clear, structured presentations and executive-ready materials
- Support business case development and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support execution of strategic initiatives
- Track milestones, risks, and outcomes for assigned initiatives
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent strategy roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Clear, concise communication and structured thinking
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
