Job responsibilities
a. Supplier development and qualification
Develop new supplier based on project demand and commodity strategy; Do supplier analysis and lead audit to find the right source (quality, cost, service).
b. Pricing and term negotiation
Handle NPI and sustaining project RFQ, arrange SSR among team alignment.
Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and terms.
c. Contract Preparation& Review
Negotiate contract terms with supplier and submit contract for approval in order to avoid legal/commercial risks.
d. Supplier Ordering for NPI or Other Sample Requirement
Create orders according to PR (Purchasing Request);Follow up PO(Purchasing Order) in order to ensure material delivery(timeliness, quality, quantity).
