About the role
:Reporting to our Head of People Partnering, you will work closely with our Organisational Leadership Team (OLT) and people leaders to develop and implement People and Culture strategies to enable CPA Australia to deliver on our global strategy. You will understand all the strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of our organisation to offer insights, tools, and guidance to our leadership team and employees. You will lead key initiatives and support the implementation of our people strategy.
Your key duties will include:
Co-develop and implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with our overall organisation strategy, ensuring that P&C departments effectively support organisational objectives.
Consult on and contribute to proactive solutions that drive business outcomes and deliver on CPA Strategy and functional business plans.
