About the Role

Description
Drive oncology portfolio strategy with data-driven insights to enable sustainable, profitable growth and competitive positioning.
Lead the oncology analytics roadmap across launch/indication expansion, brand health, omnichannel effectiveness, and account/tender dynamics.
Build short-, mid-, and long-term strategies using HCP/institution/region segmentation, IQVIA/RWD, and patient flow analyses.
Translate insights into executive-ready, actionable recommendations aligned with AZT business plans.
Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, trend and scenario analysis; deliver dashboards to speed and improve decisions.
Produce reliable account- and region-level forecasts; manage long-range planning and ensure efficient budget use.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, HEOR, and Finance; lead the analytics agenda in brand teams.
