Strategic Initiatives Manager

**Job Description Summary**
Strategic Initiatives Manager supports the development and execution of an integrated industrial base strategy and roadmap to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) ambitions. This role orchestrates cross-functional teams to identify critical value streams, industrialize breakthrough solutions, and execute prioritized initiatives that optimize our industrial base in support of current and future products and customer needs.
This role is open to remote consideration with up to 30% travel and/or travel as needed.
