Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR advisory services and develop innovative programs
• Guide performance management and conflict resolution efforts
• Manage collective bargaining with union executives
• Monitor HR budgets and allocate resources efficiently

Requirements:
• Eight years in HR and Labor Relations experience
