Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, and a CPA, CA, or CFA certification is preferred. Key responsibilities include partnering with business units to deliver strategic targets, managing financial models, and supporting M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in a financial institution and strong analytical and communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
