Strategic Design Advisor

This position requires that you reside in Oslo or the surrounding area. Proficiency in Norwegian is considered a strong advantage and will be weighted highly in the selection process.

We're now looking for a Strategic Advisor – Design who will play a key role in driving our design consulting growth. This is a client-facing, commercially-driven role where you'll combine design excellence with a founder's mindset – helping organizations discover opportunities, design breakthrough solutions, and create competitive advantage through design-led innovation.
