About the Role
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Receiving deliveries Checking incoming parts and materials from suppliers to make sure they are correct and not damaged
Putting stock away Organising and storing parts in the correct locations so they are easy to find later
Supplying parts to the workshop Picking and issuing parts to technicians so they can complete their jobs
Stock control Keeping track of what parts are in stock, updating inventory in the computer system and reporting when items are running low
Packing and dispatching orders Preparing parts for delivery or shipment to customers or other branches
Keeping the store tidy and safe Making sure the warehouse or parts area is clean, organised, and safe to work in
