About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. To prepare stock inventory report and monitoring form (Prioritization monitoring Low stock, over stock and or potential shortages)
  2. To ensure all provided tools and equipment are operational and in usable condition ( i.e blower, submersible pump, flood control,  auger machine etc. )
  3. To ensure cleanliness and organization of stock room (Proper tagging, proper storing according to type). Ensure also the OSH related requirement inside the room
  4. To ensure stock replenishment on a weekly basis
  5. In charge in inventory control, conduct in general periodic stock checking
  6. In charge with critical spare parts logging in CMMS to come up with the trend
  7. Record all purchase orders with brands, complete specifications, list of suppliers and other references
  8. .To send and provide daily update on stock report to FM team service delivery team and procurement team
