Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
Keep the consumer at the core when running operations to deliver optimal consumer service
Store Operations 
Achieve store profit target and minimize loss by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out.
Take ownership of the visual standards and ensuring all Visual Merchandising guidelines (criteria and quantities) are implemented effectively, that all product presentation is maintained according to Levi’s standards and guidelines and that the store’s commercial needs are met.
