Qualifications:

- High School Graduate or College Level

- With at least 2 years experience in a retail store

- Can memorize prices and has good product knowledge

- Flexible, energetic, and hardworking

- Strong team player

- Willing to undergo training



Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer experience through high-touch interaction and clear communication

- Assist and guide customers in finding the products they need

- Provide knowledgeable advice to support purchasing decisions

- Handle customer feedback professionally and process transactions accurately

- Support store operations including receiving, stocking, and inventory management

- Help maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
