Job Summary

Manages the efficient day-to-day operations of assigned retail store, ensuring that store revenue goals are achieved and exceeding guest expectations. Responsible for servicing guests by providing merchandise/product for retail, ensuring the appropriate level of guest service from Sales Associates and achieving financial objectives through effective revenue management and inventory maintenance.

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for efficiently carrying out day-to-day store operations and all areas of guest service, through coaching, motivating, and sales floor presence to ensure the expected level of guest service is provided. Lead, motivate and manage store team to achieve revenue and per cap budgets.
