2. Ensure staff and managers proactively resolve customer’s queries/complaints

4. Ensure all marketing & promotional activities are executed as per timelines and monitored to achieve the 5. Promotion Objective as per the season
6. Ensure that the staffs are well groomed & presentable as per Easybuy standards.
7. All Staff including the Security and Housekeeping adhere to Uniform standards
8. Ensure all measures are taken to control shrinkage
9. Ensure that all stock consolidation is executed as per timelines
