- Direct and control daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and influence of competitors on sales
- Implement price and credits policies
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Balance and deposit cash
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Organize and maintain inventory
