About the Role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, controlling costs, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The role ensures smooth front-of-house and kitchen coordination while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations (dining, kitchen, and cashier)
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate service crew and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle guest concerns
- Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS usage
- Prepare daily reports (sales, manpower, inventory, incidents)
- Coordinate with owners on performance, issues, and improvements

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
