About the Role
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and procedures
