About the Role
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among store associates
- Collaborate with regional and district managers to ensure the store's alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
