STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & KPI Ownership: Hit daily/weekly/monthly targets (sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, basket mix, new-to-file). Build action plans by category/brand.
• People Leadership: Recruit, roster, coach and performance-manage beauty advisors/counter staff; run role-plays on consultation, shade matching, and fragrance storytelling.
• Service Excellence: Enforce service rituals (greeting, consult, recommend, close). Lead complaint recovery and VIP clienteling.
• Merchandising & Brand Standards: Ensure planograms, testers, hygiene, and visual standards. Execute new launches, GWPs, and beauty events on time.
• Inventory Control: Forecast demand, manage RTV/RTS, oversee cycle counts, shrink control, FEFO for skincare, tester governance.
• Vendor/Brand Partnerships: Align with brand reps on targets, staffing, trainings, and co-op promotions; negotiate animations and sampling.
