WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for a strong team, tasked with driving forward turnover and revenues based on lean principles. You will keep a close focus on financial KPIs—including wages, wastage and shrinkage—as well as non‑financial metrics such as customer service, feedback, internal audit, standards and compliance.
