Role Description
Manages the day to day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.
Perform the duties required to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Duties include scheduling, hiring, training, and ensuring that staff perform their respective duties correctly.
The Assistant Manager will be committed to the financial success of the restaurant, staff development, market survey and the stocks. Will always maintain high standard in quality of food and beverage and cleanliness. The Assistant Manager is helping the Store Manager to achieve the job tasks.
