About the Role
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel to achieve company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Oversee the implementation of measures to control OPEX
- Ensure the execution of initiatives to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
- Monitor merchandise movement to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Guarantee the availability of essential items, including “basic never-out” products
- Ensure the effective execution of staff training programs to improve performance and increase productivity
- Implement established measures to minimize operational problems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 4 years of management experience in retail or related industries
