- Help the store reach (and beat!) sales targets
- Keep expenses on track and manage the budget wisely
- Reduce product losses and help improve store profitability
- Monitor stock levels to make sure shelves stay well-filled
- Ensure fast-moving and essential items are always available
- Support and guide team members through training and coaching
- Spot operational issues early and help solve them quickly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- At least 4 years of experience in a retail or similar management role
