About the Role
1.Store Operations Management:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take corrective actions when needed.
Ensure inventory is stocked, organized, and efficiently managed, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to store operations, health and safety, and customer service.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:
Hire, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
