Job description

We are looking for a strong Store Manager to lead our store in Amsterdam.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Sales: ensuring that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards, the Store Manager will have to successfully lead the team to ensure sales maximization and the achievement of business targets.
• Team Management: coordinate, train and inspire the team to create a positive environment and develop internal talents.
• Operations: ensure the correct functioning of all store operations and activities, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3-year experience in management positions within Retail.
