About the Role
Qualifications
- Preferably bachelor's degree holder
- Experience in similar field is highly preferable
- Language: Fluent in English
- Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
- With pleasing personality
Additional Information
Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY
Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included) plus maximum of 2,100 Php allowance depending on experience.
