Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
- Recommend products and support sales activities
- Replenish shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries
- Operate POS system and handle payments accurately (if assigned)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom
- Support inventory counting and stock audits
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
