About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled storage support Analyst.
Requirements:
1) Monitor storage arrays and fabrics for health/performance; address alerts promptly.
2) Provision LUNs/shares (SAN/NAS) and present to hosts; validate connectivity and multipath.
3) Maintain zoning/masking on SAN switches and document end to end mappings.
4) Assist with capacity planning (tiering, thin provisioning) and growth forecasts.
5) Execute firmware upgrades and component replacements; complete pre/post checks.
6) Support data migrations and decommissioning of legacy arrays; verify data integrity.
7) Troubleshoot performance (latency, queue depths, contention) and coordinate with server teams.
8) Operate snapshot/replication policies and validate recovery objectives.
9) Maintain access controls for storage management planes and audit changes.
10) Keep runbooks, diagrams, and CMDB entries updated with accurate port/WWN details.
