1. Education
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science
2. Experience
- 2+ Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta, Storageonce, and Scality) and SAN Switches.
3. Skills Required
- Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade and S3/NAS products.
- Knowledge on Replication technology/DR.
- Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.
- Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks, Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.
- Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.
- Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.
- Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.
