The role

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Stock Condition & EPC Surveyors whose primary role is to carry out Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Assessments and Housing Health and Safety Rating System Assessments on c.35, homes across a rolling 5 year programme to capture intelligence on the condition of our assets and the components within them to enable us to maintain the integrity of our data to ensure the safety of our customers whilst meeting our obligations for stock condition and asset management...
