Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• + years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, connect direct and control center

• Strong understanding of codelist, SFG routing rules

• Experience with protocols such as SFTP, MQ, HTTP/S, AS, Connect:Direct

• Experience with partner onboarding and certificate/key management

• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for Sterling (like IBM Control Center)

• Solid understanding of file encryption/decryption and secure data transmission

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in cloud-based deployments of Sterling (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Exposure to DevOps tools for CI/CD in integration environments
