We are currently seeking an experienced Site Security Manager – Static Security to support ongoing operations in Ukraine.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, understands operational discipline, and can manage both people and systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site-based static guarding operations
- Enforce security policies and operational procedures
- Oversee Electronic Security Systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.)
- Manage Site Security Officers, including shift and leave rotations
- Maintain the security, integrity, and professionalism of a secure compound
