This role will centralize ownership of all startup-related data and analytics, automating data flows and building robust, real-time dashboards and reporting tools as well as integration into wider company reporting methods, that provide ongoing, actionable insights across the entire startup journey. This role will enhance transparency into VC partner funding, penetration, and engagement—an area never previously reported on but a critical OKR for . Beyond initial dashboard, process and prospecting setup, they will continuously monitor program health, refine analytics models, lead regular data reviews and MBRs, and partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to translate data into strategic growth initiatives.
