Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned production line targets.
- Load raw materials into the press, operate stamping machines, and remove finished parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Understand and adhere to quality requirements and specifications.
- Perform minor machine repairs and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Accurately log production data, including quantities produced, material usage, and machine downtime.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Observe 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or at least a High School Graduate.
