OVERVIEW
The position is to run production on Stamping machines, achieving set line target, awareness on quality, knowledge on troubleshooting minor issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving the set line Target. Knowing the stamping machine and stamping machine controls. Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the machine Setting and changing over on the machine for part number to another part number Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements Knowledge of end product use and safety requirement of the product Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spares parts Work with Manufacturing Engineers on process improvements Awareness of Quality targets. 5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
