Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Assignment:
Assign new jobs to Project Manager
Prioritize projects and manage workloads
Review contracts, client and project requirements in the company's internal database, and additional information regarding the project requirements
Confirm information using online resources (Geotracker, county assessor websites and Google Maps) or by reviewing previous reports
Review the qualifications of each Project Manager, including calendar for availability, traveling locations, scheduled training and/or vacation before assigning new projects
