Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support a U.S.-based healthcare organization. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the Philippines who can work PST hours. Experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling is required. Registered Nurses (RN) are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily and weekly staffing schedules for U.S.-based healthcare teams
Monitor staffing levels and address call-outs and coverage gaps
Communicate schedule updates with nurses, caregivers, and leadership
Handle urgent staffing needs and last-minute changes
Maintain accurate records in scheduling and EMR systems
Track staff availability, utilization, and overtime
