As Staff/Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc. for APAC, you will be responsible for regional support of Micron’s Total Rewards programs with primary focus on Malaysia. You will work under the direction of the Director for APAC Total Rewards. You will also be responsible for supporting continuous improvement of global rewards program and assist in the evaluation of the efficiency of the programs. You will help to evaluate Micron's reward competitiveness and alignment to the company’s business strategy and culture.
