Staff Test Engineer

We’re Hiring: Staff Test Engineer / IT Test Engineering Lead

At ITJ, we’re looking for a senior-level testing professional to help build and elevate quality engineering practices across enterprise IT systems and software platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, leadership, automation, and hands-on testing expertise in complex environments. You’ll play a key role defining scalable testing frameworks and driving quality across both COTS and custom-developed applications , while collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, PMO, and business teams.

In this role, you will:

• Define and drive test strategy, governance, and QA standards
• Design and improve automated, regression, integration, and performance testing frameworks
• Lead testing initiatives across enterprise platforms such as
