Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Test Operational Support for onsemi's major subcons in Malaysia, Singapore and China

• On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
• Test/Probe MPE disposition
• Test/Probe interface hardware ( load board, probe card etc. ) debugging
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including
  • Yield
  • MPE cycle time

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree from Electrical/Electronic Engineering
