Staff Test Engineer – (Finland)
Are you a seasoned wireless test engineer passionate about next-generation mobile networks and real-world deployments? We're looking for a Staff Test Engineer – RAN / NR-NTN to join a team building and validating cutting-edge terrestrial + satellite radio access technology used in commercial non-terrestrial cellular services.
In this role, you will be central to the test strategy and execution for 5G NR + NTN RAN products, owning test bench setup, detailed test plan creation, automation, and cause-driven verification.
What you'll do
Translate use cases and requirements into comprehensive test plans for NR-NTN RAN nodes.
Develop and execute both automated and manual RAN test cases covering performance, capacity, soak, and standards conformance.
Build and maintain test benches and extend tooling for new NTN-specific scenarios.
Analyze protocol logs and field data to validate behaviour and identify defects.
