Wayfair is seeking a passionate and driven Staff Engineer to join our “Data Platforms” team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Wayfair’s New-Age Data Platform strategy across large-scale Data Ingestion, Transformation, Real-time Messaging Platforms and Data Consumption. You will play a pivotal role in also defining, designing and implementing a Data Platform that’s Cloud-Native, AI and Agentic ready. You will be at the forefront of building and engineering 'Data Platform as a Product' offerings and critically driving all Data principles including Data Discovery, Lineage, Quality, Data Contracts and overall Data Governance across Wayfair .
